Loriann Jewelry takes great pride in creating beautiful, one of a kind pieces. Many of her pieces are made with exclusively cut natural gemstones that come from the earth. Each stone is unique and may have slight variations in color and characteristics that you are not able to see on screen. Colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor or mobile settings.
Most items are made to order, please allow 3-4 weeks for production. Items in stock will ship within 2-3 business days. We process orders and shipping during regular business hours Monday - Friday.
Your jewelry will be shipped with a pouch inside a beautiful gift box - ready for gift giving.
We offer complimentary priority shipping on all domestic orders. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and when your order is shipped. All orders are shipped through UPS or USPS Priority Mail and are fully insured with tracking. A signature is required at the time of receipt for your protection. Due to the value of jewelry, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Overnight shipping is charged accordingly - please let us know if your purchase needs to be expedited.
Connecticut residents are subject to sales taxes 6.35 %
We offer International Shipping to many destinations. If your country is not listed, please contact us for a shipping rate. All items are insured and declared for full value. Customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer. In compliance with required paperwork for international shipments, we do not mark packages as gifts, declare packages for less than full retail value, or describe content other than jewelry. We suggest checking your country's duties, customs or restrictions. We are not responsible for packages delayed or held in customs.
Please double check your shipping information to insure it is accurate, prior to placing your order. We are not responsible for orders lost or undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information.
Refunds are offered within 7 days upon receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unaltered, unused and in the same condition when it was received. We are not able to accommodate refund requests for one-of-a-kind pieces, special orders, sale items, or made to order ring sizes.
All returns must be pre-approved. Please email email@example.com for return approval. We will not accept any packages that are not pre-approved for return.
Return shipping costs with insurance and tracking are the responsibility of the customer. For your protection, please insure your package for its full value via a trackable shipping method with signature required, to ensure your package is delivered.
Upon receipt of the returned item, it will be inspected to be sure it is in perfect condition. Credit will be issued to the same form of payment used when purchased.
If you would like to make a custom request or special order, please contact us to inquire directly. Please provide all details in your email so that we may respond to you as quickly and effectively as possible. We will make our best effort to fulfill your request. Custom orders require a 50% non refundable deposit to begin your special request. Sales are final on all special orders and custom pieces.
